First Show Appearance: To Mock a Killing Bird Played by: Douglas O'Neil, Jr. Kay Ivey has been part of the state's government for most of the 21st Century - first as the state's Treasurer, then as Lieutenant Governor. In 2017, following Dr./Gov. Robert Bently's ouster from office, Ivey was elevated to the Governor's Mansion. The following year, she was elected in her own right for a full term. On New Year's Eve, 2018, Gov. Ivey personally investigated the murder-by-sloth of wealthy campaign donor Horatio Gorgonzola. With the help of the audience, she correctly ordered the arrest of Space Bob Ross for the killing.
