First Show Appearance: To Mock a Killing Bird Played by: Debbie Smith Miriam Steinbergstein, owner/operator/omnivore of Miriam's Meals, has been a staple in the Birmingham catering community for years. No event is too small, no party too big, no menu too obtuse for Miriam to handle. While cooking a variety of foods from various ethnic-like cultures, she is best known for her delectable pork tenderloins.
